The majority of the articles in the 'Tuncurry' book were written by 'Mick' Constable and became a weekly entry in the 'Advocate'. Also, all sketches are the work of 'Mick'.

The subjects of 'The Memorial Hall', 'Porter's Mill' and the 'Fern Shed' were written by Dawn McMaster, while Bob Mann wrote about 'Darawank' and 'Darawank School' and the 'Failford Centenary'.

Val Wright, I thank for the cover design of the print edition of the book (ISBN No. 0958643423).

I thank Carmen Nixon for the loan of photos and her information on the 'Bonventis'. To John and Joe Ohma for information on their father and his engineering works. And to Max Sciacca, in writing on his family.

Vic Bramble, John Dooker, Marie Stringer, Denise Parmenter and her mother Emily Dent gave valuable facts on the 'Afforestation Camp'. Also the loan of photos that I copied.

Other names to remember as giving works for this book were Max Miller, J.A.Winney, Mable Wright, Vince Greaves, Jim O'Rourke, Geela Briethoupt, again Vic Bramble, Winifred Nicholls, Lyn Nicholls, Ron McDernott and Noel Gogerly for the item on the 'Fishermen's Co-op', Marie Emerton, Daryl Moran, Toby Saxby, Nancy Nicholson, Max Wright, Leonard Gallagher, Allen McMaster, David Unapion and Geoff Wright for his sketch of the 'Butter Factory'.

Fay and John Dooker, I thank for the trouble they went to in obtaining a photo of their grandson, Thomas.

Also, I would like to thank Great Lakes Cinema 3, Gilmat Motors, J & A Bonventi - Dolphin Gallery and the Stan Wright family, all of Tuncurry, for their donations towards the printing costs of the print edition of the book.
